StrongMap provides business assessments, AI-generated reports, action plans, and coaching tools for fitness business owners, operated by [company name], [address].

You sign in with your email address. The free tier includes the diagnostic, your report, and a limited task trial. Paid subscriptions are billed through Stripe and can be cancelled at any time from Settings; access continues until the end of the paid period.

Reports and recommendations are generated with the help of AI based on the information you provide. They are general business guidance, not professional financial, legal, or tax advice. Decisions about your business remain your responsibility — verify important figures and consult a qualified professional where appropriate.

Your assessment answers and the documents you create remain yours. You grant us the licence needed to store and process them to provide the service.

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of fitness for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the amount you paid in the twelve months before a claim.

We may update these terms; material changes will be announced by email or in the app. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
