Who we are

What data we collect
Account data: your email address, used for passwordless sign-in and service emails.
Assessment data: your answers about your business (e.g. member numbers, revenue ranges, goals) and the reports, plans, and scores generated from them.
Billing data: subscription status. Card details are processed by Stripe and never reach our servers.
Usage data: basic interaction events (e.g. task completions, email opens) used to operate reminders and improve the product.
How we use your data
To generate your diagnostic report, action plans, and coaching advice; to send you reminders and the weekly digest (which you can switch off in Settings); to handle billing; and to keep the service secure.
Your assessment answers are sent to Anthropic's Claude API to generate your report and advice. They are not used to train AI models.
Who processes your data
We use these processors: Supabase (database and authentication), Vercel (hosting), Stripe (payments), Resend (email), and Anthropic (AI report generation). Each processes data only as needed to provide their service.
Retention and your rights
We keep your data while your account exists. You can request access, correction, export, or deletion of your data at any time by emailing [contact email]. We respond within 30 days.
If you are in the EU/EEA, you also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local data-protection authority.
